We have a lovely oak beamed lounge, with seating for eight to ten people on our sofas and chairs. There is a well-stocked bookcase, and a large TV. Plenty of space for your group to socialise together.

We have four bedrooms available on two floors.
2 TWIN ROOMS
Both with soft cushioned carpets and tastefully decorated, these rooms have 2 large single beds both with the latest pocket sprung mattresses, large LCD TV with Freeview digital channels, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, ample luggage storage and your own personal en-suite with shower. The rooms are centrally heated, non-smoking, and fitted with linked smoke alarms.
1 LARGE DOUBLE ROOM with KING SIZED BED
Both with soft cushioned carpets and tastefully decorated, these rooms have king sized beds, both with the latest pocket sprung mattresses, large LCD TV with Freeview digital channels, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, ample luggage storage and your own personal en-suite with shower. The rooms are centrally heated, non-smoking, and fitted with linked smoke alarms.
1 TRIPLE ROOM – SLEEPS 3
This room will comfortably sleep 3 people and consists of a super king-sized bed, a large single bed. It has its own en-suite with shower. This room is situated on the top floor up two small flights of stairs, with lovely views.
It has soft cushioned carpets, a large LCD TV with Freeview digital channels, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and ample luggage storage. The room is centrally heated, non-smoking, and fitted with linked smoke alarms.
Kitchen
The super huge kitchen has a 10 seater dining table, an island that seats 5-6 people, an electronic fan oven, an induction hob, built-in microwave, dishwasher, a separate fridge and freezer, a large selection of pans, cooking utensils, plates, and cutlery.
Yard
Our sun-trapped back yard has a large table and bench set for 6 people. Ideal in the summer months for relaxing outside.
