Price

The Guest House Worsthorne price payable includes accommodation and breakfast for the number of nights, stated on your booking.

Deposit

A deposit is required at the time of booking, to be paid by credit/debit card or cash. If you book more than 7 days prior to your stay, the non re-fundable deposit will be the cost of the first nights stay. If you book 7 days or less before your arrival, you will be required to pay the full amount due, for the whole stay. 

Confirmation

YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

Payment

We accept cash, credit card, debit card. Cheque payment only accepted 21 days prior to your stay. Payment for the outstanding amount of your stay will be taken on arrival. Card details will be stored and maybe used for the following …..

  • No show or early departure
  • Breakages or damages
  • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival

Cancellations

You must inform us of a cancellation, at least a week before your arrival, or we reserve the right to charge for the full amount of your stay, if this is done, only the deposit will not be returned. 

Arrival and Departure

Check in is between 2pm and 8pm, prior arrangements can be made for other times. If prior arrangements have not been confirmed and you do not arrive between 2pm and 8pm it will be treated as a no show, and we reserve the right to re let the room.

Check out is at 10.30 am on your departure day, failure to do so could incur an additional fee.

Breakages and Damages

The majority of people take care whilst staying with us, but we know accidents can happen. if we feel any damage or breakage was reckless or purposely caused, we reserve the right to charge and you will be notified in writing, further charges could be made if we are unable to  let the room after your departure due to deliberate damage caused . We are a no smoking guest house, and reserve the right to ask guests to leave if this has been breeched , you will also remain liable for the remainder of the cost of your stay .

Pets

Sorry we do not accept pets.

Our Liability

We do not accept any liability for damage to your property or injury to you or your party whilst on our premises, unless caused by our negligence.
